- No alcoholic beverages can be consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
- All Hollywood Beach Limo vehicles are kept in pristine condition; therefore please no smoking in all vehicles.
- Any excessive cleaning or damage caused by our customers will be automatically billed at cost of repair plus 20%.
- Hollywood Beach Limo reserves the right to terminate any services immediately if any of these policies are violated. The full contract fee will be charged plus any damages incurred.
- Hollywood Beach Limo and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items that are left in the vehicles.
- All transfers will include a ten minute wait time. Anytime after the 10 (ten) minutes will be billed at the stated vehicle hourly rate listed on the contract. A transfer will consist of no more than 70 (seventy) minutes. Please refer to our transfer rate sheet.
- Reservations will be charged the day of service. No shows will be charged the full rate.
- Hollywood Beach Limo does not guarantee the color vehicle. We take request only.
- Credit cards and identification cards are required at time of service.

- Please note that there are no guarantees that overtime hours will be available, therefore, please plan accordingly.
- All contracts will include a 20% gratuity and 10% to 15% *STC.
- Customer agrees that reserved vehicle can be replaced or substituted by an
equivalent or upgraded at no cost to the customer in the event of any issues beyond Hollywood Beach Limo’s control.
- Customer agrees that overtime will be added to bill in 1 hour increments plus gratuity and *STC charge. Hollywood Beach Limo will allow a 15 min grace period.
- Please complete the reservation form with all requested information.
- Customer authorizes Hollywood Beach Limo to charge credit card in accordance with our rates policies and terms
