• A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.
  
  
  • Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the 50% deposit amount.
    
    
  • If the cancellation is made within the last 24 hours the full contract amount will be billed.
    
    
• Any contract agreed on the same day of service and cancelled after a deposit has been rendered will be subject to the full contracted price.
  
  
• *STC – Service Transportation Cost (includes licensing and administrative cost)
  
  
• FSF – Fuel Surcharge Fee
